Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Kitchen Cabinet Designer to join our team. As a Kitchen Designer, you will be responsible for assisting customers in designing their dream kitchens and providing exceptional customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for interior design and a keen eye for detail.
Duties:
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget
- Create innovative kitchen designs using 20/20 vision software
- Provide product recommendations and explain the features and benefits of various kitchen products
- Assist customers in selecting materials, finishes, and fixtures for their kitchen projects
- Prepare accurate project estimates and quotes
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery and installation of kitchen products
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in kitchen design and market offerings
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment
Skills:
- Strong sales skills with experience in inside sales, retail sales, or lighting sales
- Knowledge of interior design principles and ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen designs
- Proficiency in 20/20 software for creating detailed kitchen layouts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, vendors, and contractors
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Basic understanding of retail math for pricing calculations
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required
